Beqalzi (sonrotoclax) is an oral BCL-2 inhibitor indicated to treat adult patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have received prior therapies, including a BTK inhibitor. Beqalzi targets the BCL-2 protein, which prevents cells from dying in a programmed fashion, and helps control disease progression in patients with advanced hematologic malignancies.
