Treatment for multiple myeloma continues to evolve as patients move through different lines of therapy. Zenbexus (iberdomide) adds a new option to the treatment landscape for patients who have already received prior therapies.
Used in combination with daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj and dexamethasone, Zenbexus is intended for adults with multiple myeloma who have previously received a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent.
Its approval adds another combination-based approach to multiple myeloma care. As its use expands, Zenbexus may become an important molecule to watch for oncology clinical trials and comparator planning.
